HOA Board Members Edit page

Chelsea Park's Bylaws call for a board of 5-7 members who are elected for staggered 2-year terms at the Annual Meeting. If a board member resigns or a seat is otherwise left vacant, the board can appoint a homeowner to serve until the next election.
